Delivery Information
DELIVERY :
*We can currently only deliver Saturdays and Sundays (8am - 12pm)

Free Delivery - is available for all orders of $60 or more within our Free Delivery Zone (below). We also deliver to many other suburbs for a small flat rate fee (listed below). Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout prior to payment. Orders of less than $60 can not be delivered.
To keep costs low, we do not have expensive retail outlets, so CUSTOMER PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE.
Our delivery days are Saturday & Sunday mornings (between 8am - 12pm).
You do not have to be home to receive your order - during checkout, just nominate a dry, secure place (ie a porch / verandah) where your goods can be left in your absence - at your own risk.
If no preferred date / time is nominated, you will be advised of the delivery details via text / email.
For all orders where the delivery address does not have parking within 50 meters of the drop off point (ie your house, apartment, shop, etc), or if your apartment / shop is within a complex and not at the street front, please contact us via email / phone to confirm delivery details.
Free Pickup of Hired Boxes - is available from any suburb within our Free Delivery Zone. If you are moving to a suburb outside of our Free Delivery Zone, then your best option is to buy boxes outright. Please see our Hire Process for full details.
